Hermès Asia Pacific (Taiwan) seeks a Logistics Executive in Taipei to manage shipments, 3PL coordination and inventory operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate weekly order processing and collaborate with headquarters, factories, forwarders and warehouses to manage inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Manage customs declaration and clearance procedures in coordination with freight forwarders and customs brokers when required.
  • Liaise with 3PL providers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations, prevent variances and oversee local delivery and store transfer schedules.
  • Work closely with merchandising to ensure timely product delivery to stores through inventory planning, order management and efficient storage, movement and dispatch of goods.
  • Support retail, marketing and visual merchandising teams with logistics for marketing events and in‑store displays as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, schedule regular stock takes with internal and external parties, investigate and resolve stock discrepancies to minimise loss.
  • Undertake ad hoc assignments and cross‑functional tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2–3 years shipping or logistics management experience in the Asia market; experience in fashion, lifestyle or footwear retail preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese.

Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on shipping, logistics or warehouse operations experience in the Asia market, preferably within fashion, lifestyle or footwear retail; demonstrated experience coordinating with forwarders, 3PLs and internal merchandising teams.
