Leading luxury fashion house — Pantin, France: Logistics Coordinator responsible for warehouse operations, inventory control and WMS/TMS management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including goods reception, put-away, storage, picking, packing and shipment to meet deadlines, cost and quality targets.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service by managing order fulfilment, returns and handling client or store requests related to inventory and deliveries.
  • Monitor and analyse operational performance (productivity, error rates, service levels, stock rotation) and implement corrective actions to maintain continuity of site activities.
  • Manage stock accuracy through cyclical inventories, variance investigation and corrective measures; optimise storage layouts and replenishment rules.
  • Coordinate third‑party logistics providers and allocate tasks to internal teams to guarantee smooth dock operations and efficient partner interfaces.
  • Administer warehouse documentation and systems: update WMS and TMS records, supervise shipping/receiving paperwork, and handle disputes and non-conformities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (re‑layout, digitalisation, 5S) and contribute to logistics projects aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing errors.
  • Train new hires on site procedures and safety rules; enforce internal procedures and report anomalies or security/quality breaches.

  • Proven organisational aptitude with strong sense of responsibility and priority management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
