Role & Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound flow: load and unload trucks using material‑handling equipment (forklift) and ensure correct physical movement of goods.
- Receive and inspect incoming materials (fabrics, packaging, chemicals) against specifications; record and report non‑conformities and execute corresponding IT transactions.
- Store goods according to established storage rules and location assignments, maintaining order and traceability.
- Supply production workshops with raw materials, fabrics and chemical products across multiple work areas (skein, dyeing, inspection, chemical stocks, laboratory).
- Prepare customer delivery notes and organise shipments, including carrier selection, transport preparation and tracking until final delivery.
- Perform monthly inventory counts and reconcile physical stock with documentation.
- Coordinate management and rotation of waste containers for collection and removal.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of internal and external storage zones, enforcing housekeeping standards.
- Comply with workshop operating rules (internal regulations, safety, environmental instructions) and promote safe working practices.
- Identify safety risks, incidents or stock anomalies during the shift and promptly escalate to the line manager and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bac +2 (two‑year degree) in logistics or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience, or 10 years of demonstrable experience in a similar logistics role.
- CACES 3 (forklift certificate) required.
- Proven experience managing logistics and/or production flows, including goods reception, storage and shipping.
- Comfortable working in a production environment with strong attention to product quality and client satisfaction.
- Able to conduct and reconcile inventories and identify discrepancies between documentation and physical deliveries.

Minimum 2 years in a logistics role with a Bac +2 logistics qualification, or 10 years’ equivalent experience in an operational logistics/warehouse position supporting production environments.
Education
Bac +2 (two‑year technical diploma) in logistics or equivalent; substantial equivalent professional experience (10 years) accepted in lieu of formal qualification.
