Hermès Logistics Coordinator — Inventory & Quality Controller
Hermès Canada — Toronto seeks a Logistics Coordinator (Inventory & Quality Controller) to manage inventory integrity, quality control and 3PL coordination.

Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent application of Hermès quality criteria across inbound, outbound and return flows; arbitrate complex product cases and decide disposition for customer returns and holds.
- Coordinate with the 3PL and internal Métiers on quality alerts to isolate, quarantine or re‑offer stock for sale as appropriate.
- Oversee inventory integrity: perform regular stock reconciliations, support cycle counts, investigate discrepancies and prepare validated inventory reports for Internal Controls and Finance.
- Manage end‑to‑end claims from central teams, stores and customers: intake, classification, system updates, resolution and closure, ensuring compliance with claim handling procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement by auditing return flows, disseminating best practice for storage and order preparation, and training 3PL teams on quality and handling standards.
- Produce quantitative reporting (dashboards, graphs, studies) to monitor KPIs, support process decisions and inform the Logistics Manager.
Qualifications
- Post‑secondary education preferred, ideally in logistics, supply chain or a related discipline.
- Minimum three years’ experience in logistics, warehouse operations or inventory control within a distribution environment.
- Demonstrated attention to detail with strong analytical capability to interpret inventory data and implement process improvements.
- Proven problem‑solving aptitude and a proactive, service‑oriented attitude.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; French considered an asset.

Experience
Minimum of three years’ hands‑on experience in logistics, warehouse operations or inventory management, with exposure to returns processing and 3PL collaboration.
Education
Post‑secondary diploma or degree preferred; logistics, supply chain management or related field advantageous.

Compensation
