Hermès Canada in Toronto seeks a Logistics Coordinator — Import, Export & After‑Sales to manage 3PL flows, import/export documentation and repair logistics.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate after‑sales flows from stores, e‑commerce and corporate channels to central and local repair workshops, ensuring timely returns and redeliveries.
  • Create, manage and qualify after‑sales service files; prepare repair estimates and ensure traceability of returned stock and customer parcels.
  • Prepare, review and manage import/export shipping documentation in accordance with Canadian regulations (e.g., CERS, proforma invoices, CITES, BOL) and liaise with customs brokers and the central Paris team.
  • Lead and monitor 3PL performance for after‑sales processes, enforce SLAs and drive continuous improvement with the logistics provider.
  • Execute end‑to‑end shipping processes to central and local repairers and maintain accurate inventory and shipment tracking databases; perform regular stock reconciliations with the 3PL.

Qualifications

  • Post‑secondary education preferred; diploma or degree in logistics management or related field is advantageous.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on logistics, warehouse or 3PL coordination experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with analytical aptitude for interpreting data and improving processes.
  • Proactive problem‑solver with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; French is an asset.

Experience

Minimum three years’ experience in logistics, warehouse operations or 3PL coordination with demonstrable exposure to import/export documentation, returns/repairs flows and stock reconciliation.
