Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated management system fundamentals aligned with IT tools and physical flows, including process mapping and documentation
- Create, deploy, and share operational standards across the logistics organization
- Manage non-conformities and operational deviations through root cause analysis and volumetric assessment
- Deploy continuous improvement tools and methodologies within the logistics workflow
- Participate in ongoing and planned logistics projects, including delocalized flow management and physical flow optimization
- Lead, participate in, and propose improvements for Lean initiatives such as 5S and Gemba Walks
- Support logistics performance monitoring and reporting
- Execute essential operational activities to ensure business continuity
- Ensure effective communication with other departments and report operational dysfunctions
- Participate in working groups and logistics-focused engagement initiatives
- Comply with workshop regulations, safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and environmental guidelines
- Identify and report safety risks and incidents to line management and maintenance services
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master's or Bachelor's degree program in logistics, continuous improvement, or industrial engineering
- Strong interest in industrial environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including pivot tables and cross-tabulation analysis
- Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous
- Rigor and attention to detail with structured work methodology
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
- Excellent communication abilities
- Autonomy, curiosity, and motivation to learn
