Role & Responsibilities
- Build integrated management systems fundamentals aligned with IT tools and physical workflows through process mapping and documentation
- Draft, disseminate, and deploy operational standards across the logistics function
- Investigate non-conformities and operational variances through root cause analysis and volume assessment
- Deploy continuous improvement tools and methodologies for logistics workflows and participate in Lean initiatives including 5S and Gemba Walk activities
- Support ongoing and future logistics projects including outbound flow management and physical flow reconfiguration
- Contribute to logistics performance monitoring and animation across the organization
- Execute operational activities essential to business continuity and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Surface operational dysfunctions and participate in problem-solving work groups
- Address ad-hoc requests related to HTH channel workflows
- Ensure adherence to workshop operating procedures, safety protocols, and environmental guidelines; identify and escalate safety risks promptly
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master's programme with specialization in logistics, continuous improvement, or industrial engineering
- Demonstrated interest in industrial environments and logistics operations
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite with confirmed experience using pivot tables
- Proficiency in data visualization and analytical methodologies
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented work approach
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills with effective communication
- Self-directed learning mindset and intellectual curiosity
