Hermès Strasbourg seeks temporary Logistics Associate (Nov–Dec 2026). Fixed-term retail supply chain role supporting luxury boutique operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute product and packaging replenishment for in-store inventory prior to opening hours or during customer service periods
  • Monitor stock anomalies and escalate discrepancies to management
  • Process returns of display merchandise and ensure proper inventory restocking
  • Perform all logistics operations including receiving, stocking, product preparation, labeling, and sector-specific duties with flexibility across multiple departments
  • Maintain and optimize stockroom organization, proposing operational improvements
  • Contribute proactively to work organization and 5S continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide operational support to sales teams and broader store personnel throughout daily operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of retail or logistics experience
  • Proficiency with inventory management software (Cegid) and Microsoft Excel
  • Physical capability for regular lifting, handling, and warehouse movements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong listening ability
  • Customer-service orientation with demonstrated responsiveness
  • Team-oriented mindset and collaborative work approach
  • Neat professional appearance with prescribed dress code: black trousers, black polo or sweater, comfortable work shoes
