Hermès seeks a Logistics Assistant for 6-month contract in Chessy to manage jewelry component flows and inventory operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and guarantee alignment of physical and informatic component flows for jewelry production
- Control conformity of documentation and commodity packaging upon receipt
- Execute shipments and receipts both informatically and physically
- Monitor and reconcile proformas in accordance with active shipments and current pricing
- Participate in stock inventories and reporting; maintain oversight of site supplies and consumables
- Track and ensure traceability of work-in-progress inventory; communicate data coherence findings to project managers and supply chain stakeholders
- Maintain liaison with internal teams regarding component flow needs for production or development
- Manage and maintain stone buffer stock inventory at Chessy location in strict compliance with established procedures
Qualifications
- Bac +2/3 educational attainment (higher national diploma or equivalent)
- Prior experience in logistics, procurement, purchasing, or scheduling
- Proficiency with computer systems (Word, Excel) and ERP platforms (Néo-Fugu, SAP, or equivalent)

Education
Bac +2 or Bac +3 (Higher National Diploma or equivalent qualification in supply chain, logistics, or related field).
