Création JMC / Hermès Bijouterie: Logistics Assistant (7‑month contract) in Chessy, France. Join the Supply Chain team to manage shipments, ERP entries and subcontractor follow-up.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage physical and electronic processing of outbound and inbound shipments to and from subcontractors, ensuring accurate recording in the ERP.
- Perform weight checks and measurements on products at dispatch and receipt; document discrepancies.
- Verify that subcontracted operations meet contractual and quality expectations upon product return.
- Daily follow-up and escalation with external service providers to ensure on‑time delivery and compliance.
- Record consigned items in the information system prior to final transfer to the central warehouse.
- Apply and communicate internal procedures and maintain full traceability of flows.
- Participate in annual inventory operations and support procurement and replenishment preparations as required.
Qualifications
- Two- or three-year post-secondary diploma (Bac+2/3) or equivalent in logistics, supply chain, purchasing or related field.
- First professional experience in logistics, supply/procurement, purchasing or production scheduling.
- Operational knowledge of ERP systems such as NEO‑FUGU, SAP or IFS.
- Advanced Excel skills for data extraction, transformation and reporting (schedules, dashboards).
- Strong organisational rigour, autonomy, attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a small team.

Experience
A first professional experience in logistics, supply chain, purchasing or production planning is required; experience working with external subcontractors and handling shipping/receiving processes is strongly preferred.
Education
Two- or three-year post-secondary diploma (Bac+2/3) or equivalent in logistics, supply chain, purchasing, or similar discipline.
