Hermes Korea seeks Logistics Administrator in Seoul for 9-month temporary contract supporting distribution, inventory, and vendor management operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage inventory transfer activities for seasonal returns and coordinate outbound shipment communications
- Process store requests related to order modifications, cancellations, and delivery schedule coordination
- Oversee inventory transfer processes between stores and distribution centres, maintaining operational accuracy
- Support store inventory audits and stock-taking activities, analysing inventory discrepancies between WMS and Cegid systems
- Manage store replenishment communications, follow-up activities, and supply ordering processes
- Coordinate vendor operations and service schedules while monitoring vendor performance and service quality
- Facilitate communication and support issue resolution for operational matters and monthly purchase closing
- Manage store operational supplies including label paper and packaging materials inventory levels
- Review, coordinate, and follow up on store operational requests and supply order fulfilment status
- Maintain optimal packaging inventory levels and replenishment orders to support business operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in logistics administration or related supply chain field
- Proven expertise in distribution centre and store replenishment operations
- Strong proficiency with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems (experience with Cegid or similar platforms preferred)
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with stores, logistics providers, and internal departments
- Business-level English communication skills
- Experience working with 3PL providers in the fashion retail industry is advantageous

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in logistics administration, supply chain management, or distribution centre operations. Demonstrated knowledge of transportation, warehousing, inventory management processes, and retail store replenishment operations. Prior exposure to 3PL partnerships in the fashion retail sector is advantageous.
Education
Secondary or post-secondary education; relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration are preferred.
