Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide legal guidance on retail strategy policy implementation and regulatory compliance
  • Draft and deploy general terms of sale for new distribution channels and digital services
  • Review and manage data protection issues related to e-commerce and omnichannel initiatives
  • Conduct contract review of IT services including SaaS licenses, maintenance, and software development
  • Support European subsidiaries with event contractual frameworks and operational solicitations
  • Advise operational teams on consumer protection regulations and manage client disputes
  • Draft, negotiate, and validate BtoB and BtoC transport and logistics contracts
  • Prepare requests for proposals, negotiate, and execute various service agreements and confidentiality accords
  • Monitor regulatory and case law developments relevant to retail operations
  • Ensure compliance with group policies on data privacy, confidentiality, and corporate governance

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (M2) in Business Law, Contract Law, or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months of professional experience in law firm or corporate legal department
  • Demonstrated expertise in distribution law and consumer protection law
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to confidentiality and data security protocols
