Hermès International, Paris – Legal Intern in Corporate and Securities Law, six-month accredited internship from January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare legal documents and corporate acts for group subsidiary board meetings, including account approvals, mandates, and restructurings
- Contribute to drafting legal memoranda and assist with internal restructuring operations
- Participate in drafting the Universal Registration Document (URD) and analyse reports from the French Financial Authority (AMF), AFEP-MEDEF, and HCGE governance frameworks
- Support the organization of the listed company's annual shareholders' meeting
- Conduct in-depth research on current securities law or corporate governance topics
- Maintain legal watch for the department and prepare briefing notes for team distribution
Qualifications
- Master's 2 degree in Business Law or equivalent qualification
- Minimum six months' prior internship or professional experience in corporate law drafting, in a corporate environment and/or law firm
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Proficiency with legal databases and standard productivity software
