Hermès International (Paris) seeks a Legal Executive Assistant (CDD) to support the Group Legal Department with office logistics, meetings and administrative follow-up.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day executive assistance to members of the Group Legal Department and support the Pôle Assistanat under the responsibility of the Assistant Team Lead.
- Serve as liaison with facilities and general services to ensure smooth office operations: workspace organisation, supplies, external service providers and technical support.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events (room preparation, audiovisual support), welcome visitors and manage reception duties.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, appointments, and business travel for one or several legal teams.
- Manage onboarding for new hires and support team life activities (team lunches, seminars, celebrations).
- Track and follow up on team leave, travel and training records.
- Receive and dispatch incoming and outgoing mail and administrative correspondence.
- Assist teams with budget and invoice follow-up using the internal tool MEO.
- Prepare and maintain activity tracking and team documents: dashboards, PowerPoint presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Anticipate team needs, propose improvements to administrative processes, and maintain confidentiality in all tasks.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (Bac+2) in Executive Assistance, Office Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in a corporate environment or law firm supporting legal or professional services teams.
- Native-level proficiency in French (written and spoken) and good command of English.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and capacity to anticipate operational needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team orientation, discretion and ability to take initiative.

Minimum three years' experience in an administrative or executive assistant role within a corporate legal department, law firm or professional-services environment; demonstrable experience handling meeting and travel coordination, invoice follow-up and team support.
Education
Bac+2 (Associate degree) in Executive Assistance, Office Administration or equivalent.

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
