Role & Responsibilities

  • Advise on real estate matters across the group: analyze and negotiate commercial, exemption, and office leases in France and internationally; oversee new production site implementation projects; review architect contracts and work agreements; examine notarial deeds
  • Participate in external growth operations: draft and review confidentiality agreements (NDA), letters of intent (LOI), share purchase agreements, liability guarantees, and shareholders' pacts
  • Support structuring and coordination of due diligence operations
  • Monitor contractual execution and post-closing compliance for transactions
  • Contribute to strengthening and updating the group's legal documentation database
  • Produce legal and regulatory alerts within assigned domains
  • Advise operational leadership on daily business matters

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed Master's degree in Business Law, Real Estate Law, or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum six months of prior internship or professional experience in corporate law, real estate, or law firm environment
  • Professional-level English proficiency; fluency in French required
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple high-stakes files simultaneously with strong prioritization skills
  • Initiative-driven mindset with proven adaptability and responsiveness in complex environments

Experience
