Role & Responsibilities
- Execute all machine-stitching operations on leather articles with precision to meet Hermès quality standards.
- Operate and adjust multiple types of industrial leather-sewing machines and follow production specifications for different models.
- Contribute to the correct assembly of finished products through consistent, high-quality stitching and attention to tolerances.
- Follow training plans and standard operating procedures; participate in skill-development exercises at the Hermès training school.
- Maintain a clean, organised workstation and report machine faults or quality deviations to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail and a commitment to meticulous workmanship.
