Role & Responsibilities
- Fabricate leather goods (bags, small leather accessories, etc.) from start to finish, meeting established quality criteria and production schedules
- Master traditional leather-working techniques and toolwork under the guidance of experienced artisans
- Participate in comprehensive on-the-job training within the Montereau manufactory workshop
- Develop competency in material selection, handling, and craftsmanship specific to luxury leather goods
- Contribute to the preservation and transmission of Hermès' artisanal heritage and manufacturing standards
