Role & Responsibilities
- Fabricate leather goods (handbags, small leather accessories, and related items) from conception to completion in accordance with established quality standards and production timelines
- Master traditional leatherworking techniques under the mentorship of experienced artisans
- Learn to work with premium materials and specialized tools with precision and care
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship throughout all production phases
- Contribute to the preservation and valorization of traditional savoir-faire within the atelier environment
