Role & Responsibilities
- Fabricate leather goods products (bags, small leather items) in compliance with stringent quality standards and production timelines
- Master and apply traditional saddlery and leather working techniques under the mentorship of experienced artisans
- Handle diverse materials and adapt techniques across different production models
- Contribute to the assembly and finishing of high-quality products with meticulous attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with established artisans and workshop teams to preserve and transmit heritage craft knowledge
