Role & Responsibilities
- Execute all upstream operations prior to assembly: accurately cut leather hides according to patterns and specifications.
- Prepare and process cut pieces using dedicated leather‑working machines and hand tools while adjusting processes for different skins and models.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, production timings and material yield targets.
- Inspect pieces for defects and report non-conforming materials or process issues to supervisors.
- Maintain workstations and production equipment in a safe, clean and organized manner.
