Role & Responsibilities
- Execute all preparatory steps preceding the assembly of leather goods, from hide cutting through component preparation using dedicated machinery
- Participate in the fabrication of leather goods including bags and small leather items in accordance with established quality standards and production timelines
- Master the fundamental techniques and material properties necessary for leather cutting and preparation work
- Work collaboratively within workshop teams to contribute to the production of high-quality leather products
- Develop proficiency with various leather types, cutting machines, and production models under the supervision of experienced artisans
