Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and cut leather hides and materials for bags, accessories, and small leather goods according to technical specifications and quality standards
- Evaluate and select materials based on colour accuracy, nuance, texture, and defect assessment
- Operate cutting machinery and hand tools with precision and consistency throughout sustained production rhythms
- Organize and manage material workflow to meet production schedules and quality benchmarks
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary workshop teams to support seamless production coordination
- Participate in formal training and skill development as part of the six-month foundational programme

No formal educational qualification is mandated. Completion of the six-month foundational programme and achievement of the CQP cutter certification is expected upon successful conclusion of training.
