Role & Responsibilities
- Execute precise leather cutting from raw hides using specialized cutting techniques and equipment
- Prepare leather components for assembly using dedicated machinery, ensuring consistency and quality
- Participate in the production of leather goods (bags, small leather goods, etc.) while maintaining established quality criteria and production timelines
- Learn and apply traditional leather-working techniques under the mentorship of experienced artisans
- Operate various machines and work with different leather types and production models
- Maintain workshop standards of organization, cleanliness, and safety
