Hermès seeks an internship candidate to join the Direction of Technological Professions Identity within Hermès Data, Technology & Innovation. The intern will support the development of ambitious training programs designed to enhance employee proficiency with IT tools across the Maison and its wider group entities. The role encompasses project coordination, pedagogical content creation, and continuous improvement initiatives with emphasis on digital learning innovation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in training project coordination, including roadmap tracking, scheduling, and deliverable management
- Coordinate across business units, IT teams, and external service providers to ensure project delivery
- Oversee the production quality and timely completion of externally-delivered training modules
- Collaborate on the design and creation of pedagogical modules using Articulate Suite and Adobe Suite authoring tools
- Adapt learning formats and methodologies to target audiences throughout conception, framing, and production phases
- Conduct quality assurance testing of deliverables and manage their publication within the learning management system
- Analyze training survey data and contribute to regular reporting on program effectiveness
- Support internal communication initiatives aimed at employee engagement with training offerings
- Monitor emerging trends in corporate learning, particularly artificial intelligence applications in educational technology
- Share market insights and recommendations with the training team
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed a Bac+4 or Bac+5 degree in business school, instructional design, or equivalent program
- Demonstrated proficiency with digital content creation tools and learning management systems
- Familiarity with enterprise software systems including ERP, HRIS, and CRM platforms
- Fluent communication in written and oral French and English
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish professional relationships with diverse stakeholders
Skills
Experience
First experience in instructional design or learning content development preferred. Familiarity with digital learning environments and content authoring tools required.
Education
Bac+4 or Bac+5 degree in business school, instructional design, or equivalent academic program. Currently enrolled candidates are welcome to apply.
