Hermès Learning Enablement Intern in New York City for Summer 2026. Full or part-time internship supporting HR analytics and learning program development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in developing dashboards and reports using learning metrics and analytics tools
- Analyze Learning Management System and HR Information System data to identify trends in onboarding, compliance, and learning activity
- Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
- Complete data analytics and support ongoing compliance reporting for leadership and HR partners
- Research and recommend improvements to enhance training accessibility and engagement
- Participate in a capstone project incorporating experiences from the internship semester
- Support the Learning team with additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Currently a junior or senior in undergraduate studies in Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness and Development, Education, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (required); Power BI experience preferred
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Experience
Strong interest in Human Resources, adult education, or data analytics. Comfortable navigating HR systems and extracting insights from data. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a professional environment.
Education
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness and Development, Education, Business, or related discipline, with junior or senior standing required.
