Hermès Italy — Milan: Learning & Development Intern. Support L&D logistics, reporting and e-learning administration within the HR team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an exemplar of Hermès values and brand image, demonstrating professional grooming, integrity and discretion.
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of training programmes: contact attendees, arrange transfers, hotel reservations, catering and prepare training materials.
- Schedule conference lines, meeting rooms and audiovisual requirements for presentations and sessions.
- Record and maintain attendance registers and update the internal training database.
- Monitor mandatory e-learning completion rates and produce Excel-based reports for the Learning & Development Manager.
- Partner with the Training Manager to design and deploy online training surveys and collect participant feedback.
- Support internal communication for forthcoming training initiatives and help prepare induction planning.
- Develop training aids (agendas, handouts, evaluation forms, visual materials) and propose creative improvements to the training experience.
- Assist the HR department on ad hoc projects and operational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally with a focus in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
- Fluency in Italian and English; a third language considered an advantage.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and HR-sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a customer-service orientation and a collaborative team approach.
- Availability and flexibility to work standard full-time internship hours in a fast-paced retail environment.

Entry-level internship; beginners and recent graduates accepted. Academic exposure or internship experience in HR, retail or training is a plus but not required.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field).
