Role & Responsibilities
- Define and operate the global paid search (SEA) guidelines and lead audits, optimisations and performance monitoring for Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising across international markets.
- Set the SEO/GEO roadmap for hermes.com, monitor organic performance and implement cross‑functional site optimisations with Product, Development, Data and Content teams.
- Own catalogue feed management for paid and organic channels, including Google Merchant Center optimisation and ongoing product feed governance with Data teams.
- Oversee attribution strategy and analysis across paid channels (Display, Social) and coordinate ad‑centric and site‑centric measurement frameworks.
- Implement and supervise campaign tracking (Adcentric / Site centric) and ensure data quality, security and privacy compliance in collaboration with analytics and TMS teams.
- Manage, coach and develop a team of internal and external traffic experts; deliver trainings on GEO, AI tools and evolving digital media practices.
- Create and maintain performance dashboards and reporting (Looker Studio) and present insights and strategic recommendations to central digital teams and local affiliates.
- Conduct technology watch on privacy, server‑side tracking and media evolution and translate impacts into channel and measurement strategies.
Qualifications
- Degree from an engineering or business school (equivalent Bac +4/5).
- Minimum 5 years of operational experience as a traffic/performance manager on international e‑commerce accounts.
- Proven experience managing Search (paid and organic) and SEO‑GEO in an international context.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills; able to explain technical topics succinctly and pedagogically.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team of specialists.

Education
