Role & Responsibilities
- Define and enforce architecture standards and integration best practices for data flows and API exposure.
- Provide technical governance for APIs and guide project teams through implementation and production readiness.
- Own and evolve the technical reference (integration technologies, DevOps practices, shared packages and CI/CD pipelines).
- Lead and animate the Data Integration developer community, promoting knowledge sharing and engineering excellence.
- Advise project and business teams on technical choices and ensure the quality of developments against standards.
- Conduct active technology watch and assess new integration patterns, platforms and tools.
- Mentor engineers, contribute to capability building and ensure adherence to high quality and performance standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Computer Science or equivalent technical education.
- Minimum 7 years' proven experience in Data Integration environments.
- Deep expertise with Tibco BW and familiarity with data exchange architectures (SOA, ESB, EAI, BPM).
- Experience with API management solutions such as Gravitee and/or Mulesoft.
- Strong command of DevOps practices and associated tools (Git, CI/CD).
- Proven technical leadership, mentoring capability and aptitude for cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication, documentation and decision-support skills; pragmatic and adaptable mindset.
Skills
Experience
At least 7 years of significant experience in data integration environments, with hands-on delivery of integration projects, governance of APIs and proven leadership in technical teams.
Education
Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Computer Science or equivalent.
