Hermès, Pantin. Lead AI Security role within Data, Technologies & Innovation—secure AI deployments and enhance defensive cyber capabilities through artificial intelligence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and execute the AI Security roadmap for Hermès Group
  • Participate in AI governance in collaboration with Data Office & Services, including security evaluation of AI-integrated solutions and generative AI tool policy development
  • Co-author security policies, architectural standards, and best practices for LLMs, RAG patterns, agentic systems, and guardrails with the Cyber Design Authority
  • Integrate security controls into the production pipeline for AI applications and models, overseeing dataset security, model provenance, ML dependency scanning, and secrets management
  • Establish end-to-end model lifecycle security (MLSecOps) from training data through production monitoring
  • Design and deliver AI-specific attack exercises and security awareness workshops for internal stakeholders and business units
  • Develop a multi-year AI for Cyber strategy to optimize SOC, CERT, and vulnerability management capabilities through artificial intelligence
  • Contribute to SOC alert triage automation, contextual enrichment, false positive reduction, and behavioral threat detection initiatives
  • Maintain active surveillance of AI-enabled threats including deepfakes, advanced social engineering, and generative fraud
  • Establish Level 2 controls and continuous audit programs for AI model and application robustness against domain-specific attacks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in cybersecurity, data science, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience
  • Minimum 2 years of dedicated experience with AI/ML security topics
  • Demonstrated track record of contributing to AI projects in production environments, not limited to labs or POCs
  • Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts in accessible language to data scientists and developers
  • Proven capability to evangelize security best practices across technical teams
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration experience at the intersection of multiple technical disciplines
  • Strong active learning posture regarding emerging cyber and AI threats

The candidate must have actively contributed to production AI projects—not solely laboratory or proof-of-concept initiatives—and demonstrate a disciplined approach to continuous learning and emerging threat intelligence. Experience working in transversal roles across multiple technical teams is highly valued.

Education

Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in cybersecurity, data science, artificial intelligence, information security, or closely related discipline.
