Role & Responsibilities

  • Support supplier consultations and onboarding: conduct supplier sourcing (financial analysis, evaluation questionnaires) and prepare consultation dossiers.
  • Analyse incoming offers: build evaluation grids, enter and assess qualitative and financial proposals.
  • Participate in supplier presentations and negotiation rounds; contribute to the consolidation of selection dossiers and to contract drafting.
  • Assist with contract deployment: follow implementation, track supplier onboarding and coordinate related communications.
  • Maintain and enrich purchasing databases and KPIs (contract repository, supplier turnover, annual reviews) and contribute to the improvement of purchasing monitoring tools.
  • Populate and update reference databases for purchase categories (hourly rates, cost per m², etc.) and assist in collecting required legal documents (Loi Sapin 2 compliance).
  • Draft standard contract templates, consultation dossiers and internal procedures; support the rollout and adaptation of a new procurement tool.
  • Record and formalize purchase orders within the procurement system, archive procurement documentation and facilitate information sharing across services.
  • Contribute to transversal projects: support communications and change management related to procurement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Law or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical capability with comfort handling financial and qualitative data.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail for document management and contract follow-up.
  • Capacity to draft clear consultation dossiers and basic contract language.
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and to support project rollouts.
