Hermès in Pantin (Île-de-France) seeks a Junior Production Planner (fixed-term) for Bijouterie Fantaisie to coordinate suppliers and ensure seasonal deliveries.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as primary interlocutor for external manufacturers; communicate production priorities, alerts and schedule changes to internal teams and partners to ensure seasonal deliveries.
- Launch purchase orders for components, semi-finished and finished goods and coordinate component replenishments (stock corrections, movements, shortage anticipation).
- Prepare and co-lead production meetings with suppliers to ensure adherence to planning and contractual commitments; identify and escalate delay risks.
- Drive corrective action plans to recover delays, manage start-up of new products and adjust capacity allocations; maintain dedicated follow-up for newness and press-formed pieces.
- Maintain ERP data integrity (portal updates, end-of-season cleansing, traceability) and regularise logistical anomalies.
- Monitor and communicate key indicators and short-/medium-term projections to internal stakeholders; anticipate capacity needs for commercial demand (sales forecasts, replenishments, exclusives, lead times).
- Prepare annual supplier performance reviews and support inventories (annual) and production attestations (biannual).
- Lead or contribute to tool development and continuous improvement initiatives: deploy changes at sites, design automated KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Travel occasionally to supplier sites (up to once per month).
Qualifications
- Engineering diploma or equivalent in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
- Prior experience in production planning, scheduling or supply chain operations is desirable.
- Strong data analysis and reporting aptitude; ability to model forecasts and projections (Power BI).
- Advanced Excel skills and a pronounced interest in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a partnership mindset.
- Rigour in data governance, autonomy, initiative and strong organisational and prioritisation capabilities.

Experience
Experience in production planning, scheduling or broader supply chain functions is preferred; prior exposure to supplier management and launch of seasonal collections is an advantage.
Education
Engineering degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
