Hermès Services Groupe internship: Junior Procurement Specialist role in Pantin, France. Support procurement operations across supply chain and vendor management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in supplier sourcing initiatives, including financial analysis and supplier evaluation questionnaires
- Draft request for proposal documents and analyse supplier bids through qualitative and financial assessment grids
- Support supplier presentations and negotiation meetings
- Consolidate procurement decisions, prepare recommendation dossiers, and assist with contract drafting
- Monitor contract deployment and ensure effective implementation communication
- Track procurement performance indicators and maintain procurement databases (contract register, supplier turnover, annual reviews)
- Contribute to the enhancement of procurement management dashboards and tools
- Enrich reference databases across procurement families with cost benchmarks (hourly rates, unit costs per m², etc.)
- Support the collection and filing of legal documentation
- Prepare template contracts, consultation dossiers, and process documentation
- Manage and update systems and processes related to the new procurement platform
- Record and formalize purchase orders within the procurement system
- Participate in archiving and cross-departmental information sharing initiatives
- Support cross-functional projects and communicate change initiatives within the department
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in a Grande École, university programme, or equivalent, ideally with specialization in procurement, supply chain, or finance
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with comfort managing quantitative data
- Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and urgent deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork capabilities
- Ability to adapt to a demanding and dynamic work environment

Education
Current student in a Grande École, university programme, or equivalent institution with preferred specialization in procurement, supply chain, finance, or a related discipline. Gap year internship or final-year internship placement acceptable.
