Hermès apprenticeship: 12-month Junior Procurement Specialist in Paris area, supporting services procurement across 40 supplier categories for luxury conglomerate operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in supplier consultations and vendor referencing, including financial data collection and evaluation questionnaires
- Support supplier sourcing activities and contribute to tender documentation
- Analyze supplier offers through grid development, financial and qualitative assessment
- Attend supplier presentations and negotiation sessions alongside the purchasing manager
- Consolidate selection files and assist in contract drafting and deployment
- Track procurement indicators and participate in tool improvements for the buying unit
- Monitor compliance with legal requirements including the Sapin 2 law
- Contribute to documentation archiving and information sharing across departments
- Participate in cross-functional projects and support deployment communications
Qualifications
- Business school or equivalent graduate degree with procurement specialization
- Strong numerical aptitude and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to manage competing priorities under pressure

No prior professional experience required; however, candidates should demonstrate familiarity with procurement or supply chain concepts through academic coursework or project work.
Education
Business school degree or equivalent with specialization in procurement.
