Hermès seeks a six-month procurement intern in Le Pré-Saint-Gervais to support buying operations across the Hermès Services Groupe.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in vendor consultations and supplier referencing processes
- Support vendor sourcing activities by gathering financial information and completing evaluation questionnaires
- Assist in drafting requests for proposal (RFP) documentation
- Contribute to offer analysis, including development of evaluation grids and qualitative and financial assessments
- Attend vendor presentations and participate in supplier negotiations alongside the senior buyer
- Support consolidation of purchase decisions and participate in contract drafting
- Participate in contract implementation, including monitoring and stakeholder communication
- Track and update key performance indicators for the procurement function
- Participate in improvements to procurement control tools and dashboards
- Assist in collecting and maintaining legal compliance documentation (including Sapin 2 requirements)
- Support knowledge archiving and information sharing across departments
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and support their communication and deployment
Qualifications
- Business school degree with a procurement or supply chain specialization (Bachelor's level or equivalent)
- Strong numerical aptitude and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and manage urgent matters
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration capabilities
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently within a demanding, dynamic environment
