Hermès seeks a six-month procurement intern in Le Pré-Saint-Gervais to support buying operations across the Hermès Services Groupe.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in vendor consultations and supplier referencing processes
  • Support vendor sourcing activities by gathering financial information and completing evaluation questionnaires
  • Assist in drafting requests for proposal (RFP) documentation
  • Contribute to offer analysis, including development of evaluation grids and qualitative and financial assessments
  • Attend vendor presentations and participate in supplier negotiations alongside the senior buyer
  • Support consolidation of purchase decisions and participate in contract drafting
  • Participate in contract implementation, including monitoring and stakeholder communication
  • Track and update key performance indicators for the procurement function
  • Participate in improvements to procurement control tools and dashboards
  • Assist in collecting and maintaining legal compliance documentation (including Sapin 2 requirements)
  • Support knowledge archiving and information sharing across departments
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and support their communication and deployment

Qualifications

  • Business school degree with a procurement or supply chain specialization (Bachelor's level or equivalent)
  • Strong numerical aptitude and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and manage urgent matters
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration capabilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently within a demanding, dynamic environment
