Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Internal Consulting Directorate on strategic, organisational and operational improvement assignments across Hermès divisions, distribution subsidiaries and Group functions.
  • Conduct interviews and stakeholder discussions to gather qualitative insights and validate hypotheses.
  • Contribute to quantitative and qualitative analyses, build data‑driven arguments and draft clear syntheses.
  • Prepare slide decks and present findings to internal clients; ensure high standards of formatting and narrative (PowerPoint).
  • Monitor the luxury and retail sectors and produce ad hoc market studies and competitive intelligence.
  • Participate actively in team life: team meetings, plenaries and cross‑functional workshops; assist in project coordination tasks.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Business School, Engineering School or university programme and eligible for a 12‑month apprenticeship (alternance).
  • Previous professional experience: at least one 6‑month internship preferred — ideally in strategy consulting, finance (bank/fund) or a corporate function.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills are mandatory; strong Excel competency is appreciated.
  • Demonstrated organisation, rigor, reliability, ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with senior stakeholders.
  • Genuine interest in craftsmanship, luxury métiers and the strategic challenges of a Maison of exception.

Experience
