Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in supplier sourcing activities including financial and ESG data collection, questionnaire development, and market analysis
- Contribute to procurement consultation documentation including specifications and supporting materials
- Participate in offer analysis by developing evaluation grids, defining weighted criteria, and conducting qualitative and financial assessments
- Support supplier presentations and negotiations alongside the primary buyer
- Assist in contract drafting, amendments, and deployment tracking
- Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics including consumption and financial data
- Contribute to end-of-life management of mobile terminal equipment
- Participate in procurement dashboard optimization using tools such as PowerBI
- Support legal compliance documentation collection under the French Sapin 2 law
- Assist with cross-functional projects and service communications
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a candidate for a Grande École, University degree, or specialized program in Procurement
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities with ability to prioritize competing demands
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent numerical aptitude and comfort with financial data
- Fluent communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in team environments
