Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update sales-tracking files during market buying sessions: initial setup, daily extraction of sales-to-date, variance analysis versus prior day, and verification of pre-sale framing (collection structure, production minima).
- Produce and distribute a daily synthesis of sales analysis to Purchasing, Supply and Planning teams.
- Implement seasonal production monitoring reports: deliveries vs. prior season, remaining-to-deliver tracking, cancellations and second‑choice monitoring, and sharing delivery information with commercial teams.
- Update weekly supply‑chain performance reporting: delivery report maintenance, monitoring receipts at logistics partner, restocking of incoming quality (TDS), tracking second‑choice stock, and overseeing ERP data‑quality dashboards.
- Draft and maintain standard operating procedures and propose improvements to existing dashboards and reporting to increase reliability and clarity.
- Deliver ad‑hoc analyses including collection complexity studies, finished‑goods delivery projections for logistics partners, material/component delivery follow‑up, and cross‑category KPI monitoring.
- Coordinate operational teams and project stakeholders during the deployment of the supplier portal and provide occasional operational support to supply‑chain teams.
Qualifications
- Degree from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent academic background.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in supply chain, purchasing, operations planning, or business analysis; experience within fashion or luxury retail preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with VBA.
- Practical experience with data management and visualization tools such as Power Query and Power BI.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, numerical affinity and critical thinking.
- Comfort working with information systems and ERP environments.
- Rigour, curiosity, strong written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
- Professional command of English.
