Hermès — Paris: IT Transformation Governance Intern (internship) to support programme governance, tool configuration and operational excellence studies.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support governance of the IT transformation programme: track project status, budgets, risks and milestones and contribute to portfolio reviews and steering committees.
- Prepare and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting for directors and project leads, consolidating data from multiple sources.
- Ensure integrity and consolidation of pilotage data; perform analysis to surface trends and actionable insights.
- Discover, configure and parameterize governance-related tools (project portfolio management, testing and pilotage tools) in line with business needs.
- Document processes, create user guides and produce user-facing materials to facilitate tool adoption.
- Conduct a targeted SPOT study on an operational excellence topic: map current practices, benchmark internal and external best practices, formulate concrete recommendations and present findings to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac +4/5 programme (engineering school, business school or specialised master) with a focus on Information Systems, Project Management, Digital Transformation, Consulting or Organisation.
- Fluent French (required) and good command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical aptitude and capacity to synthesize findings into clear, executive-ready recommendations.
- Rigor, organisation and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel.
- Pedagogical communication skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders with assertiveness and tact.
Skills
Experience
Internship-level: current Master's-level student with academic or limited practical exposure to information systems, project management or digital transformation projects; prior internship experience in a comparable environment is a plus but not required.
Education
Bac +4/5 in progress (Engineering, Business School or Master specialised in Information Systems, Project Management, Digital Transformation, Consulting or Organisation).
