Hermès Germany seeks IT Systems Administrator in Munich. Oversee IT infrastructure, retail systems, and security across boutique locations. Full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Administer and continuously develop IT systems, network infrastructure, and client and server environments (Cisco, Windows, Office 365, SharePoint)
- Support the implementation of retail projects and coordinate external service providers while maintaining high quality standards
- Manage and maintain security systems including CCTV, safes, and access control systems
- Provide support and maintenance for payment systems and the CEGID Retail merchandise management system
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service management, handling first- and second-level support requests from employees
- Manage user lifecycle and administer end-user devices using Asana and Jamf
- Ensure compliance with Hermès Group security and data protection policies
- Develop and execute disaster recovery plans, manage backups, and coordinate data restoration processes
- Provide on-site support at boutiques when required
Qualifications
- Degree in IT or comparable IT qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in system administration
- Proficiency with Cisco, Windows, Office 365, and SharePoint environments
- Experience with CCTV, access control systems, and security infrastructure
- Familiarity with CEGID Retail or similar point-of-sale and merchandise management systems
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery procedures
- Experience with user lifecycle management and end-user device administration

At least 3 years of professional experience in system administration, with demonstrated expertise in managing IT infrastructure, network environments, and end-user support within a multi-location or retail setting.
Education
Degree in IT or comparable IT qualification.
