Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the definition and evolution of the supplier portal roadmap in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Gather, analyse and formalise functional and non-functional requirements into structured deliverables (specifications, diagrams, user stories).
- Support backlog management and prioritisation of product features according to business stakes and end-user needs.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure correct implementation of features and to translate business requirements into technical acceptance criteria.
- Participate in testing phases (recette, UAT), validate deliverable quality and conformity prior to production releases.
- Maintain and update solution documentation, organise knowledge transfer sessions and contribute to continuous improvement of the portal.
Qualifications
- Current student enrolled in an engineering or business programme equivalent to Bac+4/5 (Master-level) and available for a 12–24 month apprenticeship starting September 2026.
- Proven written and spoken English (imperative); Italian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills (imperative).
- Familiarity with logistics, production or procurement processes is a strong advantage.
- Experience or familiarity with project management tools and agile practices (Jira, ServiceNow) is advantageous.
- Autonomy, intellectual curiosity, analytical mindset and strong communication skills to liaise with technical teams.

Open to early-career candidates; previous internship or project experience linked to logistics, production, procurement or IT project support is considered a plus. Beginnings accepted.
Education
Master-level student (Bac+4/5) in engineering or business school / equivalent.
