Hermès (Pantin) seeks an IT Security Project Manager to lead CCTV, access control and intrusion IT projects for corporate security.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own and pilot a portfolio of security IT projects (CCTV/video surveillance, access control, intrusion) from scoping and requirements to rollout and operational handover.
- Define and maintain the security IT roadmap in alignment with business priorities and IT strategy.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders including business teams, IT, operations, vendors and integrators to ensure effective delivery.
- Manage external resources and suppliers to structure project delivery, control costs and mitigate risks.
- Support business teams in articulating needs, evaluating solution options and selecting vendors.
- Ensure project quality across timelines, budgets, risk registers and system integration.
- Contribute to group‑level standards and provide support for international implementations.
Qualifications
- Higher education in computer science, information systems or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, with demonstrable responsibility for end‑to‑end delivery.
- Proven experience working in multi‑stakeholder environments (business, IT, external partners).
- Solid understanding of IT topics including systems integration, enterprise architecture/urbanization and production/exploitation.
- Familiarity with security systems (CCTV/video surveillance, access control, intrusion) is a strong asset.
- Experience coordinating third‑party vendors and integrators is desirable.
- Capacity to operate in an international environment and work with geographically dispersed teams.
- Professional working proficiency in English.

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in IT project management, preferably with integration projects and responsibility for coordinating multiple stakeholders and external suppliers across international contexts.
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
