Hermès is seeking an IT Project Risk and Controls Assistant for a six-month, full-time internship in Pantin. Within the IT Quality and Method team, the intern will support project methodology and quality, risk and controls activities, and training and awareness initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to updating and distributing the project methodology framework.
- Check the consistency and quality of project deliverables.
- Help produce practical guides and operating procedures.
- Support project teams in strengthening the reliability of their deliverables.
- Contribute to identifying and assessing project risks.
- Help design risk consolidation tools, including dashboards, risk maps and reporting.
- Participate in developing the training plan covering methodology, risks and controls.
- Design varied and innovative training materials.
- Help deliver awareness sessions for IT teams.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an engineering, business or university master’s degree, with a specialization in information systems, audit, controls or risk management.
- Recognized for rigor, structured thinking and natural curiosity.
- Able to build strong working relationships and communicate diplomatically in cross-functional environments.
- Enjoys questioning, analyzing and contributing to a risk and controls culture in support of major projects.
