Hermès seeks an IT Project Manager, Master Data to lead SAP S/4HANA Retail deployments in Pantin, France.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the Master Data domain during international deployments of SAP S/4HANA Retail and provide comprehensive support to subsidiaries throughout all project phases
- Facilitate working sessions with business teams, analyze requirements, identify gaps against the Group Core Model, and design tailored functional solutions
- Participate in SAP configuration, author functional specifications, and coordinate testing campaigns to ensure delivery quality
- Oversee data migration initiatives, coordinate data recovery activities, and ensure data quality, consistency, and completeness
- Maintain alignment between SAP and partner applications by collaborating with Product Reference, Architecture, and Integration teams
- Contribute to functional support, continuous improvement of the Core Model, and evolution of Master Data processes
Qualifications
- Minimum four years of experience as an SAP Consultant or SAP Project Manager
- Demonstrated expertise in Master Data management within SAP Retail or SAP S/4HANA environments
- Strong knowledge of reference data processes including Business Partners, Articles, Pricing, organizational structures, and data migration
- Proficiency in SAP configuration and data integration considerations
- Ability to work collaboratively in international, cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical capabilities, autonomy, and service orientation
