Hermès IT Project Assistant internship (6 months) in Pantin — support systems transformation within Leather Goods division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in IT transformation projects alongside project teams and business stakeholders, contributing to solution deployment, stabilization, delivery tracking, and evolution management
- Ensure solution quality by participating in unit testing and acceptance phases, monitoring test execution and anomaly corrections, and formalizing functional specifications and test documentation
- Support project documentation and governance by contributing to training materials, knowledge transfer documents, architecture diagrams, system mappings, process flow diagrams, communications, and dashboard updates
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school program, gap year, or final project year with specialization in computer science or general engineering education
- Prior internship experience within an IT department or similar environment preferred
- Comfortable gathering requirements, questioning workflows, and ideating solutions collaboratively
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, Power BI, and JIRA
- Strong documentation, knowledge transfer, and formalization skills with attention to precision and quality

Experience
First professional experience in an IT department or related environment preferred; beginners with relevant academic background are welcomed.
Education
Pursuing a degree from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent program with specialization in computer science or general engineering. Final-year project or gap-year placement students welcome.
