Hermès seeks IT Project Assistant intern (6-month placement, Pantin) to support SI transformation. Engineering school students welcome.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support IT project managers through all phases of SI transformation projects from planning to stabilization, collaborating with IT and business teams
- Participate in unit and user acceptance testing to validate solutions
- Track implementation progress and manage defect corrections identified during testing phases
- Contribute to functional specification documentation, test case development, user training materials, and knowledge transfer documentation
- Update and maintain technical documentation including architecture schemas, SI tools, project processes, and solution documentation
- Prepare communications for project stakeholders
- Maintain and update team and project dashboards
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school (gap year or final project) or equivalent, in computer science or general engineering
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and define solutions collaboratively
- Strong documentation and training capabilities
- Prior internship experience in an IT department preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Power BI, JIRA, and standard IT tools
- Inquisitive and self-motivated mindset
