Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Processes and Purchasing IT Tools in operating and evolving existing procurement systems (interfaces, functional enhancements, and source data integrity).
- Participate in the design, SI architecture and implementation phases for new procurement tools and modules.
- Accompany internal stakeholders and external suppliers on the rollout of new solutions (supplier portal, carbon‑footprint reporting tools), ensuring user adoption and data quality.
- Deploy change‑management activities linked to new functionalities for buyers and suppliers, including training plans and rollout sequencing.
- Create and coordinate user communication and documentation (newsletters, user guides, quick‑reference sheets, FAQs) to facilitate uptake and steady state operation.
- Liaise with cross‑functional business teams, the Group IT department and external vendors (software publishers, integrators) to drive project milestones and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in a recognised business school, engineering school or university programme (or equivalent) and eligible for a 12‑month alternance/apprenticeship.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) — Italian is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, intellectual rigour and capacity for synthesis.
- Interest in information systems and data analysis, with autonomy and a project‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build constructive relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with BI tools and SQL is advantageous.

Student level / early career: no prior professional experience is required. Relevant internships or academic projects in procurement, IT systems, data analysis or digital transformation are advantageous.

Enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university programme (or equivalent) and eligible for an apprenticeship/alternance contract.
