Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate the consolidated IT project portfolio repository, ensuring alignment of CAPEX/OPEX and build/run ratios with finance and controlling.
- Consolidate and publish a global view of the portfolio (roadmaps, timelines, capacities, effort and costs) for stakeholder consumption.
- Produce KPI suites and regular reporting for executive and departmental audiences to support governance and decision-making.
- Map and track inter-project dependencies to anticipate impacts and secure mitigation actions.
- Monitor team capacity versus project commitments and advise on resource allocation.
- Track progress of major programs and contribute to monthly steering reporting.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualisations, primarily using Power BI.
- Execute ad-hoc analyses (annual reviews, financial closings, targeted studies) to inform strategy.
- Contribute to the evolution and adoption of PPM tools and participate in continuous improvement of portfolio methodologies.
- Support business directions in structuring, prioritising and rationalising their project portfolios.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years’ professional experience in IT portfolio management, PMO or programme/project delivery within a large IT organisation or major corporate group.
- Proven autonomy in building management reporting and dashboards with Power BI.
- Strong familiarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall/V-cycle, Agile, Scrum, SAFe).
- Good knowledge of PPM tools; experience with Planisware is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work with finance/controlling on CAPEX/OPEX coherence.
Skills
Experience
At least six years of experience managing IT portfolios, PMO functions or leading project/programme governance within an IT department or large corporate environment, with hands-on delivery of reporting, capacity planning and stakeholder governance.
Education
Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering or equivalent
