Hermès is seeking an IT Performance and Governance Coordinator Intern for its DPSA Governance / ITSM team in Pantin. The intern will help improve ITSM guidance and knowledge resources, track system changes and tests, analyze monitoring data, and contribute to a Governance service offering. This is a full-time internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to creating a practical guide summarizing key ITSM processes.
- Help review and update existing guides.
- Improve knowledge articles in the PalomiNow tool.
- Help establish tracking for PalomiNow change requests.
- Contribute to creating a dashboard to monitor change tests.
- Support qualitative analysis of tracking data.
- Collaborate on developing the Governance service offering for BAOBOB.
- Contribute to discussions on structuring the service offering.
- Work with IT teams to co-create high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an engineering degree or equivalent training, with a genuine interest in IT; advanced technical expertise is not required.
- Able to write clearly and synthesize complex information.
- Comfortable using office and reporting tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Curious, observant, and eager to learn alongside a demanding and supportive IT team.
- Beginners are accepted.
