Role & Responsibilities
- Support the IT finance team in monitoring and analysing IT financial performance (OPEX and CAPEX).
- Prepare quarterly financial closings and contribute to the drafting of closing notes and budget memos.
- Ensure integrity and maintenance of financial reference data and the analytical cost structure.
- Maintain and update Smartsheet bases used for budget tracking and operational follow‑ups.
- Work with the PMO on CAPEX governance, including invoice reallocations and provisions for internal project orders.
- Develop and maintain management control reporting tools: contribute to Planning Analytics dashboards and upkeep.
- Construct and improve summary reports using Power BI and Power Query; propose evolutions to existing reporting.
- Drive invoice and reception follow‑up with operational teams to resolve blocked invoices and ensure correct receptions.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or holding a Master 1 (M1) in management control, audit or corporate finance (university, business school or engineering school).
- Available for a 24‑month apprenticeship contract starting 1 September 2026.
- Strong organisational skills, autonomy and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Analytical rigor, service orientation and capacity for synthesis.
- Good communication skills, proactive mindset and dynamism.
- Interest in IT systems and governance; familiarity with cost modelling (ABC) is a plus.

Open to students and early‑career candidates; beginners accepted. The role is an apprenticeship (alternance) designed for Master 1 students or equivalent, with practical exposure to IT financial control and reporting during a 24‑month contract.
