IT Infrastructure Specialist at Saint Honoré Bangkok | Full-Time IT Systems Administration Role in Thailand
Role & Responsibilities
- Administer IT server and network infrastructure across office, retail, and warehouse locations
- Manage IT vendors and external outsourcing contractors
- Develop and maintain IT technical documentation, policies, and procedures
- Provide Level 1 end-user computing and network support across all business locations
- Execute regular patch management and planned operating system upgrades to address security vulnerabilities and end-of-life risks
- Deploy, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including virtual environments, storage systems, network equipment, firewalls, video conferencing, and IP telephony
- Monitor routine operations including server room status, backup systems, antivirus updates, and network performance
- Establish and maintain cloud architecture solutions using Azure, AWS, and similar cloud technologies
- Collaborate closely with the regional IT team in Singapore
- Perform technology evaluation and execute technology refresh cycles
- Record, track, and secure all IT assets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar IT infrastructure or systems administration role
- Demonstrated proficiency in end-user and network equipment support
- Proven ability to manage projects and execute to completion
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent technical documentation skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
- Outstanding planning, organizational, and time management capabilities
- Microsoft and Cisco technical certifications preferred

3–5 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure administration, systems management, or a similar role, with demonstrated competency in supporting end-user computing environments and network equipment across distributed locations including offices, retail stores, and warehouses.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
